When is it, in my time zone?
Friday, October 23, 2026, 5:00–6:00 PM Eastern. That is 4:00 PM Central, 3:00 PM Mountain, and 2:00 PM Pacific.
How do I join on the day?
The fair runs online, so you can join from a laptop or phone. Register on TixFix with the email you check most; your registration confirmation is sent there.
When does registration close?
Registration on TixFix closes Thursday, Oct 22 at midnight ET, the night before the fair. Spots are limited, so register early.
What will I be asked when I register?
Your name, email and phone number, plus three quick questions: your years of nursing experience, whether you have passed the NCLEX, and whether you need visa sponsorship. It helps the recruiters prepare for who is attending.
I'm still in nursing school. Should I come?
Yes. The fair is for aspiring nurses as well as experienced ones, and the licensing and continuing-education segments are aimed squarely at people planning their next step.
